You can do strength training workouts at home, pushups, lunges pullups etc. To really ramp up your training get a gym membership or if you are a ‘at home trainer’ then you should invest in a dumbbell set.
The best solution that works for most individuals is to incorporate both cardio workouts and strength training into a single exercise program. You might want to get help from a fitness trainer to know which exercises are good for both of cardio and strength training.
Indeed, there is no specific method that works for all individuals, most especially when it comes to exercises. You have to understand that people have different views, different goals, and different physiques. But for most people weight training is by far the best option, that is if you have limited time and you have to choose between the two.
